Education provided on the bio-psycho-social-spiritual impacts of dieting, a normalized epidemic in our culture. Providers will be in a safe and educational space to explore the impacts of a dieting culture on themselves and the clients they serve, as well as avenues of pursuing sustainable health across the weight spectrum.
For those who are interested, a consult group of providers who already treat, or are interested in treating, clients with concerns around food, body image, exercise, and weight will form out of this meeting.
