Holiday Season Recovery
There’s no right time – only right now.
Get mental health disorder treatment this holiday season at Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program.
The Ultimate Gift: Recovery
Although this is considered the most wonderful time of the year by many, it can be anything but when you’re struggling with a mental health disorder. The holidays can come with more stressors than cheer, such as family conflict, grief, financial strains, celebratory events and seasonal affective disorder (SAD). These things can be very triggering.
If you see yourself barely hanging on and surviving the holidays because of a mental health disorder, know that Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program is here to fully support you.
